The WordPress standard: no native backfill, but the whole plugin ecosystem is your import layer.
The native option
No built-in backfill: the official Indeed backfill plugin was retired in 2023. The practical route is WP All Import, which loads XML or JSON feeds into listings, or community add-ons. Your board is WordPress, so anything importable can become a listing.
Documented intake formats: XML/JSON via WP All Import · WordPress REST API
The Nivult route
Backfill networks pay you per click and keep the listing when the visitor leaves. Nivult sells you the data itself: millions of active postings read daily from employer career systems, each with title, company, location, seniority, workplace and a salary signal, and each marked closed the day it leaves the source. Import it as daily JSONL or read it through the API; on your board the jobs are yours.
